Caring for your cutting board

  • Hand wash with mild detergent. Dry immediately, do not air dry.

  • Do not soak board or let stand in water. This may cause the board to warp or crack.

  • Store flat or upright to avoid warping.

  • Do not store heavy things on top of board as this may cause it to warp.

  • Oil with food safe, shelf stable oil every 3 months or as needed.

    • Mineral Oil (in pharmacy section)

    • Cutting Board Oil (in kitchen section)
